MTV Asia Worldstage 2010 @ Sunway Lagoon

Firstly, thx to Ms Irene for providing the ticket by working for Wrigley by doing chewing gum sampling. YES! i'm the guy who giving out chewing gum at sunway lagoon! LOL! and that is why we were slightly late for the concert because we had to close down the booth.

this is the queue at 3pm. it is already dis long since 1430 when i arrived. LOL!

when the door juz opened for the crowd. so squeezed eh?

me and dear after working for wrigley to give out chewing gum sample.

suddenly, it rain heavily, and it was juz 5pm. yet there are still ppl coming in for the concert. guess they willing to get wet for their idol.

this were the crowd when we juz enter the surf beach for concert. we were late and BunkFace is performing on stage dat time. we failed to contact Brian, XL and others, ended up juz two of us enjoying the concert. =(

after their performance, we are again suffer from the delay for ONE hour++ for the next act by Tokio hotel.. so when we get bored, the next thing to do is CamWhore! =D

ah dear in raincoat. ^^

see how wet were we? it was drizzling during the whole concert. =(

here comes Tokio Hotel! they push up the tempo of the partay!!

well.. my camera ran out of battery when i was half way recording Tokio Hotel singing Automatic.. so no picture for Katy Perry.. =( anyway, after Tokio Hotel performed, ah dear and i went 2 meet up with XL, brian, and others.. finally~~ however, after waiting for 45 mins, me, ah dear, weisong and XL were exhausted and some wanna go toilet. we went out from the crowd to get some fresh air and water.. guess wat, one 500ml of mineral and one can of soft drink cost RM5.00! i asked them why so expensive, and dis is how they answer:" u take 5 divide by 3.6, which is equal to 1.85. why 3.6? is becoz of US currency.." LOL!

after that, Katy Perry starts to perform. and we took a seat at the bar way behind from the crowd, still we hav a good view of the big screen. here we enjoy more than joining the crowd, as we get to watch Katy performance, yet we get 2 enjoy the comfort of the stool, sheltered from the rain, meanwhile hav a nice 100plus! =D Katy Perry's final performance is her new song, titled PeaCock, which is in her new Album.

every good things will come to the ends, and the concert ends at 1 something. i drove all the way back to Bandar Tun Razak to send ah dear back home. of coz we stop by a mamak next to her house to hav our supper b4 sending her home. i reached home at 230am, hav a bath and a few click on the net and head to the bed. super exhausted! T_T

Overall, the concert was a blast! despite the non-stop drizzling and long delay between the acts, it was a nice experience! surprisingly the Big Screen was crystal clear, as though u are watching Full HD LCD TV! the sound system was awesome, the bass, treble was nicely tuned! hopefully next year MTV will make improvement and let the crowd enjoy more!

Worst Blood Donating Experience Ever!!

this week, First Aid Unit (FAU) of TARC is having blood donation at college. so Me n other coursemate went to donate blood. it is the 6th time i donate blood 2day. the surprisingly the seat for blood donor is half of the previous one which i attended. therefore, the queue was quite long. oh well.. dis is the small matter.. sumthing even worse happened later..

and finally, it reached my turn.. i took a seat, which design for right hand donor. still, all da nurses seems to be very busy.. until i saw a quite pretty nurse, walking towards me, i was thinking, yay.. finally a leng lui nurse attending me.. ^^ as she came closer, i realise her make up was so... THICK! thick until a.. u can see a line of powder in between her eyebrow and eyelashes. LOL!

oh well.. put that aside, back to real story... as usual, questioned me my name, blood type, do some setup.. wrap my arm with the blood pressure cuff, and start to pump to increase the pressure, until very tight.. somehow i still can resist, but i dunno it shouldnt be so tight, until my hand is numb.. nvm.. the best part is, the moment she poke the needle it, wat everyone expect is blood flow through the tube, but it didnt!! which means she didnt get the vein! OMG! wats next? she pull out the needle a bit, twist a few degree, and poke again, still NO BLOOD flowing out.. and she continues... after several attempt, we finally we saw blood flowing out, but not much, stucked halfway in da tube..

so she call another nurse, which looks more senior/proffesional, despite she looks older and more fierce. after she hav a look, 1st thing she comment is "the vein is slightly up here, u should hav poke there.." i was thinking, OMG?! FTW?! a newbie on training, treating me as guinea pig? after she hav a look, she pull out the needle a bit again, twisted 80degree, poke in! and YES! finally the blood flow through.. dis call professional.. oh did i mention that all the poke, pull and twist of the needle were all under the skin, as the needle NEVER pull out b4? somehow i dun feel pain though. XD

oh well, we had some light refreshment after donating blood. guess wat.. not only i'm the victim, two of my fren had bad experiences too.. one had the same case as me, another one worse, got both of his hands poked.. pity him... anyway, normally a blood donor will be alrite after hav a good rest, and dun do any heavy exercise. however, when i reached home n took off my t-shirt, dis is wat i saw...


mayb is due to the blood pressure cuff was too tight, no wonder i feel numb, which i dun feel it during my previous donation. not only that, when i took out the paster, this is wat i saw..


u can see a red dot at the left, dats the where the needle was poked and pulled. and a big bruise on the right, theres where the needle was poke too to draw my blood, most probably the vein is damaged due to some twisting, causes blood clog outside the vein, under the skin, dats call bruise. imagine the needle was poked parallel to my hand, and then pulled out, twist until 80degree to the right, and poked in again.. and the consequences of doing dis is u get bruise after donating blood.. this is my 1st time experience all dis shit after 5 times of donating blood..

moral of the story is, is betta to get a old, fierce nurse, rather than a pretty, young, good looking nurse, attend u for blood donation..

oh well.. is 1am now, yet i havnet study for EIS test 815am LATER.. gonna study now.. ciaoz!! =D

what will u do, when u lost ur bag, which consist of ur study notes, stationery, calculator, YET, u will be having mid term test on the next day, which u havent study for it?!

after the EIS replacement class at 8pm, i went to D-Mamak for dinner with others.. while having dinner, suddenly alex's car alarm rang.. and we rushed to see wat happened.. apparently, the car parked beside is missing, and initially we suspect the car knocked alex car and triggered the alarm. but closer look, no scratches or damage.. so we continue to hav our dinner n head back home.

when i was looking for my bag, only i realise my bag isnt in da car.. i recalled i placed it below the front seat. others question me whether i did bring down to the mamak earlier and forget 2 take back. to confirm for 2nd time, we went 2 D-mamak 2 check again, and the result is no.. so we head back home again, and we found out dat the keyhole at the door is damaged, as if somebody used a screw driver and try 2 open it.

fortunately, the bag i lost isnt my camera bag, which my precious camera is in it, but is my bag which fit my notes, files, stationery and calculator. all these i treasure alot... bag is bought by my sis from UK, calculator is ah dear's one. worst of all, the paired soft toy i hang on by bag also got stolen.. (sorry ah dear.. i dun meant to lost it.. >.< ) oh not forgetting the SUPER GLUE i juz bought to fix the broken hot shoe of my flashgun.. although it cost me RM6, but trouble me getting another one again.. >.<

our 1st anniversary soft toy hanger. pity the another half, will be lonely from today onwards.

oh well... worst victim is alex. the damaged of the keyhole might cause him 2 change the whole locking system, which include the keys and the lock. and all these isnt cheap... really sorry alex.. next time shall bring my back out... >.< Moral of the story is, never leave ur bags or belonging in ur car, not even under the car seat, it is still visible for other ppll... hope everyone heard it!

anyway, i shall continue study for my mid term tml.. hav to borrow notes here n there.. sien.. till then~ ciao! =D
